These Terms of Service govern use of Dallas County Inmate Population. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site. Continued use means you accept the conditions below, including the limits on official use, record accuracy, third-party tools, and FCRA-covered decisions.

Dallas County Inmate Population is privately owned and has no affiliation with any sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or government office. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, private investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening for employment, credit, insurance, housing, tenant review, or similar decisions.

What This Website Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official Dallas County Jail records, court files, Arkansas DOC records, federal custody records, or immigration detention records. It cannot confirm custody status, file court documents, release anyone, or take any official action for a reader.

The pages point to Dallas County and Arkansas inmate and jail record resources, plus selected third-party research tools. Arkansas public-record access, including requests under Ark. Code Ann. 25-19-105, remains controlled by the government office that holds the record.
