Dallas County Mugshot Law
Arkansas public-records law generally makes sheriff and jail records open unless a specific exemption applies. The practical open-records rule is Ark. The app listing can be useful when a phone interface is easier, but app-advertised fields should not be assumed to appear on every Dallas County web roster card.
State and Federal Photos
Dallas County jail mugshots are county booking photos. State and federal systems are different. Dallas County Mugshot Removal
