Search Terms
When a name, location, or similar term is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Dallas County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own record system.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we may keep the information needed to read it, respond to it, and manage the request. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order.
